Use {interpolation} to generate sequences of RAM labels
This makes the table_width/assert_table_length usages unnecessary, and also keeps the labels automatically up to date if the length constants change.

It also uncovered some off-by-one issues with defining some constants.

A few structs now use rsreset/_RS to define their offset constants, as discussed in #739

2d8f3a0654 Use Stadium 2 Egg Group names
Out of the current two most prevalent official conventions, this one was
chosen, because they're used in a direct counterpart to this game, and
thus feel more accurate.

1891879b62 GENDERLESS -> GENDER_UNKNOWN
This is how they're called in official sources, and it fits better with
the other `GENDER_` constants.

31cce83e9b Move lots of data tables into individual data/ files
(This is not expected to be their final location, but it makes them easier to relocate when necessary, and easier for users to edit until the whole project's file structure is finalized.)
