Ranger Rick 591f3b0345 Expand NCR backstories and add new characters 
Added detailed childhood and adulthood backstories for NCR Lieutenants, Sergeants, Rangers, Privates, Medical Officers, and Quartermasters. Updated existing character names and expanded the roster with new unique NCR characters, providing richer lore and more variety for character generation.

Ranger Rick e1a44ad4f7 Removing my phone slop files again 
Removed PawnKindDefs_NCR_Characters_Part1.xml, Part2.xml, and Part3.xml, as well as Unique_PawnKinds_NCR_Part2.xml, consolidating all NCR unique PawnKindDefs into Unique_PawnKinds_NCR.xml. This streamlines the definition structure and reduces file fragmentation.

Ranger Rick 651a115ae9 Character Clean Up From My Phone Slop 
Moved NCR Ranger backstories into the main CharacterBackstories_NCR.xml (now BackstoryDefs/CharacterBackstories_NCR.xml) and deleted the separate CharacterBackstories_NCR_Rangers.xml. Added a new CharacterDefs_NCR.xml consolidating NCR character definitions, and removed the old split CharacterDefs_NCR_Part1-4.xml files. This streamlines NCR character and backstory management into fewer, more organized files.
