MGPU: Fix for QAVirtualProduction editor startup crash when MGPU is enabled. Lumen MGPU specific scene update logic needs to be moved earlier so it runs before UpdateAtlasSize. With that fixed, a downstream occlusion culling crash was discovered, related to due to the D3D12 query sync point logic not using the batch data for the correct GPU.
