6cce673501 Fix the pokemon animation tools. 
Fixed a lot of serious bugs. These tools were not functional.
Also added a --girafarig flag for a special case.

fd7cf5987a Don't use the shiny palette when extracting backsprites. 
This wasn't actually desirable.
