Mike Klaas 57b784b8a0 Trigger GameMode::kLoot later (#590)
Mods like https://github.com/FalloutTeamX/sfall-Extended/blob/Extended/artifacts/mods/gl_auto_closebox.ssl access loot_obj in the GAMEMODECHANGE handler.  We need to move it later to prevent crashes (and match Sfall)

Was causing absurd values and/or lock ups due to using uninitized memory.
