vkd3d-shader/hlsl: Add support for ddx(), ddy() intrinsics.
SPIR-V already handled DSX/DSY, so only D3DBC/TPF needed new case blocks. Signed-off-by: Ethan Lee <flibitijibibo@gmail.com>
