d2eee0e50e Bug 808608 - Stop relying on unique Location objects in WebConsoleActor. r=past 
Right now the code holds a ref to the per-inner-window Location object of the
Window associated with the sandbox, and uses that to determine if the page has
navigated. This breaks when we have one Location object per docshell, because
the check always succeeds. Just use the window ID instead, which is also less
likely to leak.

The previous implementation would copy the entire file into memory which
would cause a huge amount of memory usage on when copying large files.
This version copies a block at a time to avoid this.

075160a9e0 Bug 811102: fix two bugs with worker reloading, r=gavin/markh, tests by markh/gavin 
The first bug is that we shouldn't remove the worker from the worker cache when reloading, because it's not actually being removed. terminate() already does this for us in the case where it is needed.
The second bug is that we should set .loaded=false as soon as we clear the ports on a worker we're about to reload, because otherwise the creation of a new port can occur between the reload triggering and the re-initialization, and those ports would get lost.

This adds a new FX_TAB_SWITCH_TOTAL_MS that should more accurately represent
the user experience of tab switch time than FX_TAB_SWITCH_UPDATE_MS.
FX_TAB_SWITCH_UPDATE_MS is being kept because it gives a good indication of how
much time is being spent in the front end parts vs the painting parts.

This works by measuring the time between beginTabSwitch() and the first call to
LayerManager::PostPresent().

I'm using the autocompletesearchparam as a vehicle for delivering the
privacy information into the guts of nsSearchSuggestions.  The
alternative solution will involve modifying the autocomplete interfaces,
which is even more horrible than what the code here does.  It's not that
bad if you think of autocompletesearchparam attribute as an opaque value
which is used to transfer information to the nsIAutoCompleteSearch
implementations, which is what it is!
