ceb433e582 Bug 692200 - Make 'plugins.force.wmode' pref override any other wmode

This also enables the preference on Android. We need this because
the fix for bug 692200 breaks 32bit support, which is used
in 'transparent' (and probably other) wmodes. We force it
to 'opaque' to avoid this.

849986b965 Bug 680085 - Don't traverse dirty text frames when computing rendered text. r=roc 
We now bail in GetRenderedText when we encounter dirty text frames. This should be okay since dirty text frames should be reflowed at some point and we'll refresh our accessible text cache. (relanding)
