Updated to Sequel 5.103.0
link:https://sequel.jeremyevans.net/rdoc/files/doc/release_notes/5_103_0_txt.html[Details]. The DB provider is configured to make use of the new `lit_require_frozen` extension which disallows the use of unfrozen strings for literal use in SQL queries. This picks up the following updates as well: * link:https://github.com/sporkmonger/addressable/blob/main/CHANGELOG.md#addressable-290-[Addressable]. * Parallel * link:https://github.com/sparklemotion/http-cookie/blob/master/CHANGELOG.md#112-2026-04-06[HTTP Cookie] An update to the Parallel gem is included as well.
