Subject: [PATCH] Updated to Sequel 5.103.0

link:https://sequel.jeremyevans.net/rdoc/files/doc/release_notes/5_103_0_txt.html[Details]. The DB provider is configured to make use of the new `lit_require_frozen` extension which disallows the use of unfrozen strings for literal use in SQL queries.

This picks up the following updates as well:
