Gabbi 1ee3fced5e ctrcheck: add extra information to "inaccessible NVRAM" warning 
A console with inaccessible NVRAM may be unable to boot to HOME Menu. If ctrcheck is being ran with the intention of troubleshooting booting issues, it'd be ideal to clarify that NVRAM could be the culprit in such case.
