Ian Patterson a1f79c9cc0 Add non-failure status message to plugin checker 
SKSE 2.1.3 adds some new error reporting for plugins. Most of it was designed to be backwards compatible, but a non-failure status is now reported in the log for DLLs that don't look like SKSE plugins (can happen in legit cases for dependent DLLs).

AnyOldName3 2417b2f5c0 Add support for detailed error 126 diagnosis

makes F4SE log the first module in a plugin's imports table that can't
be loaded when it hits error 126. This displays that information,
although it's not localised.

Also move a space inside an optional capture group so it works when it's
missing e.g. with the version of OBSE I was using in 2014.
