The target nds32 and its companion adapter aice have not received
any real improvement since 2013.
It has been hard to keep them aligned during the evolution of
OpenOCD code, with no way for maintainers to really check if they
are still working.
No real documentation is present for them in OpenOCD.
The nds32 code triggers ~50 errors/warnings with scan-build.
The arch nds32 has been dropped from Linux kernel v5.18-rc1.
For all the reasons above, this code has been deprecated with
commit 2e5df83de7 ("nds32: deprecate it, together with aice
adapter driver") and tagged to be dropped before v0.13.0.
Let it r.i.p. in OpenOCD git history.
While there, drop from checkpatch list the camelcase symbols that
where only used in this code.

Now that the old drivers have been converted to libusb1, there is
no need to keep the build dependency from libusb0.
Drop libusb0 from configure and makefiles, remove the libusb0
helper and remove libusb0 and libusb-compat from the README files.

eSi-RISC is a highly configurable microprocessor architecture for
embedded systems provided by EnSilica. This patch adds support for
32-bit targets and also includes an internal flash driver and
uC/OS-III RTOS support. This is a non-traditional target and required
a number of additional changes to support non-linear register numbers
and the 'p' packet in RTOS support for proper integration into
EnSilica's GDB port.

Always probe for ECC mode and display ECC sectors if disabled.
Non-ECC write is implemented as zeroing the ECC/config bytes.
Erasing ECC sectors is ignored, erase-checking takes them into account.
Tested with CY8CKIT-059 (CY8C5888), except ECC mode.

This driver is using pure SPI mode, so the flash base address is not
used except some flash commands (e.g. "flash program") need it to
distinguish the banks.
Example config with all 3 chip selects:
flash bank flash0 ath79 0 0 0 0 $_TARGETNAME cs0
flash bank flash1 ath79 0x10000000 0 0 0 $_TARGETNAME cs1
flash bank flash2 ath79 0x20000000 0 0 0 $_TARGETNAME cs2
Example usage:
> flash probe flash0
Found flash device 'win w25q128fv' (ID 0x001840ef)
flash 'ath79' found at 0x00000000
> flash probe flash1
No SPI flash found
> flash probe flash2
No SPI flash found
> flash banks
> flash read_bank flash0 /tmp/test.bin 0x00000000 0x1000
reading 4096 bytes from flash @0x00000000
wrote 4096 bytes to file /tmp/test.bin from flash bank 0 at offset
