geoff evans ca3957011b IterationProfile: Add support for Baseline and Unit columns

I had to restructure the baseline analysis code to run before we generate the telemetry file, so the diffs will be hard to read.

This change was tested with a local run of IterationProfile with ShooterGame.

Work around in UMaterialEditingLibrary::SetMaterialInstanceStaticSwitchParameterValue when MICs are generated programmatically and have never been opened by the editor. MaterialLayersParameters not being on the MIC can cause static switches to get wiped when it is eventually opened.

This will correctly set the module path so that the error messages are correct from GameProjectUtils::AddCodeToProject. This will make the module selection the same as how the SNewClassDialog handles it for a more consistent and correct experience.
