Patrick Laflamme 645900b317 Removed the EngineSessionManager private class that was only used to report the'Engine.AbnormalShutdown'. According to analysts, this event is not used anywhere (and likely unreliable). For the Editor, the functionality was superseeded by the SummarySession which contains the Editor shutdown type.

The owner may have a TSharedPtr or some other ownership model in which it can provide a raw pointer, the TConstObjectSharedAccess can work with either. Receivers of the TConstObjectSharedAccess use a function AccessSharedObject() to access and process the shared object. See header comments for more details
