jonathan bard d9ec020829 * Prevented UBodySetup's cooked collision data from being generated for landscape visual-only elements : landscape splines using the editor spline mesh (no collision + invisible at runtime), landscape Nanite component (collisions are handled by ULandscapeHeightfieldCollisionComponent), and HLOD landscape proxy actors
* Removed code that was preventing the SplineEditorMesh to be loaded in commandlets (i.e. cook) because it's actually needed there (and in the world partition conversion commandlet) : this came from an old CL (193000) which is visibly more of an annoyance than a relevant optimization (the SplineEditorMesh has 4 vertices and its material, 0 texture sample...)
