Added missing newlines at end of several XML files to ensure proper formatting. Fixed encoding issue in ThingDefs_Wastelander_Apparel.xml by removing the BOM and replaced curly apostrophes with standard apostrophes in descriptions to prevent character display errors.

The combat armor was the standard-issue armor of the US army before the war. It is composed of armor plates made from defensive polymer attached to pieces of ballistic fibre. It offers more protection than metal armor, while being somewhat lighter. It is rare and expensive since few groups have the knowledge, and resources, to produce more and many suits are scavenged from pre-war military caches. Medium combat armor provides great protection, albeit it is quite heavy. It’s best suited for warriors in the midst of battle.

This outfit consists of denim overalls, a brown satchel, and a long tan sleeve shirt underneath, as well as a pair of half boots. As its name implies, it’s most often worn by the prospectors rummaging through the ruins of the old world. As such it is designed to provide protection against dust storms and other hazards, not against bullets or beasts.
