RickGrymes c5759be7f5 Use FCP.Core.ApparelExtension in power armor defs 
Update ThingDefs_Power_Armor.xml to reference the relocated ApparelExtension class. Replaced two occurrences of FCP.ApparelExtensions.ApparelExtension with FCP.Core.ApparelExtension in modExtensions entries so the power armor apparel defs match the refactored namespace.
