RickGrymes 376bf27295 Use requiredBenches list for paintjob techprints 
Replace single <requiredBench> with a <requiredBenches> list for multiple power-armor paintjob ResearchProjectDefs, adding FCP_Production_Old_Table_Terminal and FCP_Production_Clean_Table_Terminal as valid benches. Also normalize the XML prolog (BOM added) at the top of PowerArmorPaintjobs.xml.
