RickGrymes 501da5be25 Add Legion cohort scenario and bounty ear

Adds a new Legion starting scenario with custom pawn, gear, and intro text, plus a Legion ear item for bounty/trophy use. Also fixes the pistol def name typo in pawn weapon tags.
