Ranger Rick 14dcbca894 Update weapon tag names in PawnKinds.xml

Replaces outdated weapon tag identifiers with new standardized names in PawnKinds.xml to ensure compatibility with updated weapon definitions. This affects all references to ballistic weapons, aligning them with the current naming conventions.
