Michał Żygowski a3e34dced9 osfv_cli/src/osfv/libs/sonoff_api.py: Introduce timeouts

On one of the platforms the lazy sonoff response slowed down the
regression tests. It could also result in a freezed regression blocked
on a sonoff HTTP request. Add timeout to the request and fail after
a reasonable time if the request does not get any response.
