vkd3d-shader: Rename VKD3D_SHADER_STRUCTURE_TYPE_SHADER_INTERFACE_INFO.

To VKD3D_SHADER_STRUCTURE_TYPE_INTERFACE_INFO, consistent with the structure
name.
