This makes cookie insertion, updates, and deletions happen asynchronously off of
the main thread.  The only I/O done on the main thread is the initial loading of
the database at each startup.

5ffecf8e1f Bug 530952: Electrolysis HTTP Channel implementation. author=jduell, r=bsmedberg, sr=bz 
- Supports only primitive xpcshell HTTP requests which don't set/get HTTP
  headers, don't do redirects, observers, load groups, or anything else other
  than basic things like looking at the reply body, Content-type, Content-length, etc.
- Tested with network/test/unit_ipc/test_simple_wrap.js (patch @ bug 521922)
- Only used if "NECKO_E10S_HTTP" set in environment.
- Force http.h to get #included before any IPDL files, to centralize #define
  handling of LOG and to make sure FORCE_PR_LOGGING is set if needed (bug
  545995)

This lets consumers pass a string for a uri, an nsIURI, an nsIFile, or an
nsIChannel to NetUtil.asyncFetch.  It's now less code to get file contents
asynchronously that to do so synchronously in JavaScript.

1e96bf1207 nsIAuthPrompt2: add PREVIOUS_FAILED, bug 521467, r=biesi, sr=bz 
Add flag nsIAuthInformation.PREVIOUS_FAILED to notify the
login manager that the previous login attempt failed.
That allows it to show a prompt instead of using the
stored values (silently).

bf0e65a35b Bug 466582 - smarter handling of remote chrome (and not allowing it) 
This adds a new flag, URI_IS_LOCAL_RESOURCE, to nsIProtocolHandler that allows
something of this protocol to be registered in chrome.

This changeset removes a runtime check every time we open a chrome channel to
see if it is remote to a registration time check that checks flags.  The old
code could be easily worked around, and allowed for remote resources to be used.

d94f29ae56 Add a way to extract the charset and the position of the charset parameter from a content-type header. Use this in XMLHttpRequest to not clobber the non-charset parameters and not clobber the charset if it's already what we'll set, up to case.
