cdb73bccd1 Bug 558390 - Quake Live crashes because it implements NP_Initialize using cdecl, instead of the correct stdcall. 2a3822a3cf Bug 564861 - NPN_IntFromIdentifier always returns INT_MIN when running in OOPP mode because of a backwards conditional check. 11a3d788af Bug 534425. Part 6: Let nsIWidgets expose a LayerManager to be used to render into the widget, instead of nsPaintEvent::renderingContext which is removed since it's no longer needed. Currently all widgets fall back to a default BasicLayerManager implementation.
