232bf999d9 Bug 985488 - Allow canvas debugger to time out and stop recording frames. Canvas debugger 'wait' style now matches other media styles. c4a98e4c50 Bug 1045229 - Beacons are not associated with windows. The current window based filtering that the network monitor does will skip requests that come from sendBeacon(). Extract the socket accept logic into a new object, in preparation for more
complex steps to handle authentication.  As a bonus, the new workflow ensures
that the TLS handshake is validated before handing the connection of to the
DebuggerServer.
