73121cc49c Bug 979973 - Fix displayport tile-alignment immediately after zooming. r=botond 
Resolution and cumulative resolution on FrameMetrics are incorrect when the
zoom level is about to change. Make sure to use the zoom rather than these
values when aligning the displayport to tile boundaries in APZCCallbackHelper.

This makes sense since the file no longer contains anything with the
nsTraceRefcnt name in it, and it will allow renaming nsTraceRefcntImpl
back to nsTraceRefcnt.

The code for polling sysfs for memory-pressure events currently
runs on a separate thread. This patch implements this functionality
for the I/O thread. This unifies the code base a bit and also safes
