23d4f4d4b2 Stop using nsAreaFrame for anything other than xul:label, which is the only thing for which it does anything different from nsBlockFrame, and rename it accordingly. (Bug 471356) r+sr=roc

Make removal from the loadgroup async, and add another call cancelAndForgetObserver() that removes the listener immediately (since some callsites expect that). 2c38adaec7 Bug 450944 - Implement -moz-window-shadow functionality on Mac OS X, r=hwaara sr=roc. 
This patch turns on window shadows for transparent windows by default, so the identity popup and the "edit bookmarks" popup will get a shadow, too. ui-r=faaborg

895714e955 Call WillDestroyFrameTree() before destroying the frame tree in ReconstructDocElementHierarchyInternal() because we have cleared the placeholder map etc at this point and we don't want RemoveMappingsForFrameSubtree() to mess with it. 3cb4bc9240 Change the FrameNeedsReflow API to pass the dirty flags to be added directly tothe method, instead of setting them before calling the method. That way we canavoid reflowing the ancestor of a reflow root which is not itself dirty but hasdirty children. This also makes it harder to set dirty bits inconsistentlywith the FrameNeedsReflow call.
