23f5ee4db4 Bug 590294, part 4: IGNORE_VIEWPORT_SCROLLING currently implies interpreting the visible region as being relative to document space. Displayport rendering wants everything IGNORE_VIEWPORT_SCROLLING implies, except it wants the visible region to be relative to the viewport. 11a3d788af Bug 534425. Part 6: Let nsIWidgets expose a LayerManager to be used to render into the widget, instead of nsPaintEvent::renderingContext which is removed since it's no longer needed. Currently all widgets fall back to a default BasicLayerManager implementation. d56dfa741e Bug 513082. Instead of passing aDirtyRect to nsDisplayItem::Paint, have nsDisplayList::OptimizeVisibility (renamed to ComputeVisibility) compute the intersection of the visible region with the bounds of each display item and store the result in the item's mVisibleRect.
