3d699579d7 Bug 756440 - Only warn when we fail cleanup steps with mobile mochitest/reftest;r=jmaher 
Before we were outright failing if the test logfile was missing when cleaning
up these tests. But that's generally a sign that the app failed to start
up properly, which is the true issue we should be trying to catch / diagnose.
Let's just print a warning here and move on.

b8e33c9901 Bug 756440 - Only try to download crash directory on device if it exists;r=jmaher 
Under normal circumstances this should be created automatically inside the
profile directory when we first start, but this won't happen if we fail
to start properly altogether. If that's the case, we've got other problems
that will be reported as errors. Let's just print a warning so we don't
misdiagnose the problem under those circumstances.

Now that the region can be more complicated due to tile prioritisation, the
previous code for draw order doesn't work as intended. Robustify/simplify the
code by making it region-based.

When progressively updating tiles, prioritise tiles that intersect with the
current viewport before off-screen tiles. New content is still prioritised
over stale content.
