6c47d7391d Bug 890950 - Tell OpenGL that our texture upload data is in BGRA format on OSX. r=jrmuizel 
This matches the format used internally and prevents the driver from having to do a conversion. We then add a swizzle to the shaders so that we get the correct colors drawn.

2eaa2c7e22 Bug 887902 - move --enable-debug{,-symbols} option processing before MOZ_COMPILER_OPTS; r=glandium 
MOZ_COMPILER_OPTS depends on MOZ_DEBUG_FLAGS being set for proper checking of
linker dead code deletion when using GCC.

GC'ing sections saves ~1.5MB off of mobile libxul according to size(1):

Desc: Bug 879299: Add visibility_monitor to Contacts app

This commit significantly refactors how contacts are loaded and rendered in
the DOM.  Placeholder items are initially added to the list and then later
filled in when visible.  Images are lazy loaded as before, but will now be
removed when the contact is no longer visible.  Search has also been
refactored to help encapsulate the contacts_list and importer_ui internals.
