f7383de1b3 Bug 860438 - Remove plugin-specific cx pusher. r=bsmedberg 
The old code does two little bits of special sauce that are worth mentioning:

1 - It calls OnWrapper{Created,Destroyed} to maintain the lifetime of the
    addref'd context stack pointer. But that whole thing is gone now.

2 - It calls ScriptEvaluated to potentially invoke termination functions in
    certain cases. nsCxPusher does this too, but with slightly different logic.
    In particular, nsCxPusher checks whether the given JSContext was already
    on the stack, whereas AutoCXPusher checked whether there was another cx on
    the stack above this one. As far as I can tell from my investigations of
    this stuff, this is all total voodoo, and I think it should probably be fine
    to just use an nsCxPusher here.

Also, termination functions are going away soon in bug 841312.

94e8454958 Merge mozilla-central into build-system 
dom/interfaces/svg/Makefile.in and dom/media/Makefile.in had merge
conflicts. They were resolved by hand. The former needed 2 IDLs removed.
The latter had a context conflict for EXPORTS_NAMESPACES.

There are a few changes we make here:
1 - Having callers pass JS::CompileOptions directly.
2 - Removing aUndefined, which makes no sense and is unused by consumers.
3 - Making aScopeObject and aRetValue non-optional, via references.
3 - Adding an argument to optionally coerce the return value to a string.

Coercing jsvals to strings is the reason we currently have two nearly-identical
functions, EvaluateString and EvaluateStringWithValue, since the coercion can
trigger arbitrary script and thus needs to be bracketed by all the junk that
nsJSContext does. However, if callers can be guaranteed that the return value
will be a bonafide string, then they can easily extract the string themselves
if they so desire. This will allow us to combine the two functions.
