455ab31118 Bug 1105858 - Bump libvpx for arm toolchain work-arounds. r=kinetik 
Update our in-tree libvpx code to upstream master from September 25.
This includes a work-around added to skip neon intrinsics which
android toolchains fail to compile properly. See bug 1087096.

Results of running ./update.py --ndk ~/android/android-ndk-r9 --commit

77d8eb386f Bug 911201 - Do not create a bogus br node for editable areas containing non-editable block elements; r=roc 
We no longer rely on the bogus br node for positioning the caret.
If an editable region has a non-editable block element, we can
probably rely on the block element to reserve the vertical
height, so in those cases we should be able to get away without
a bogus br node.

92e50a61ce Bug 1105894 - Let unified compilation ride the train. r=gps 
It was conservatively kept out of non-nightly builds[1], but a year later, we
can assume there are no blocking issues to build releases without unified
compilation.

We do not want those notifications to be resent, since they depend on
external conditions:
 - Voicemail will be anyway retriggered by RIL code when connecting to
   network,
 - Captive Portal will be redetected when reconnecting to the network,
   which may have changed in-between,
 - Roaming status will also be redetected when rebooting
Gecko offers a mozbehavior object which can contain a noresend property.
We set this for all those notifications. We need, however, to keep the
cleanup code for migration/upgrade usecase: pre-existing sent
notification will still need to be cleanup if we don't want them to be
resent.
