There were a number of issues with the current implementation. It couldn't deal
with NULL mSharedHandles. Additionally it was binding things to the wrong
samplers. Finally it was not properly setting the texture transform (which
defaults to all 0). Finally in a debug build an assert would be hit upon client
shutdown due to it not clearing mDescriptor.
This patch fixes all of those issues which makes flash work again.

Once the transform for async scrolling has been applied to a fixed layer, it
need not be applied to its descendents. Make sure to return after applying
the transform.
This is better than waiting/spinning. WaitSync will make the GPU do the
waiting for us and we can continue on.

There were merges in configure.in and some Makefile.in. None had any
conflicts. I spot verified the Makefile.in changes and confirmed that
the changes did not touch any DIRS* variables.

Our gfxPattern cache is currently way too specific, which causes lots of
unnecessary cache misses. The only thing that we actually need to key on is the
color stops.
This switches the cache to hold GradientStops instead of gfxPatterns. This
improves our cache hit rate and is simpler. It also avoids doing caching when
not using Azure, which currently has no benefit.

B2G currently tries to detect the depth of the screen and uses
that as the offscreen format. This lets us override that
for testing the 16bit path on 24bit devices.
