- Remove ad-hoc IR tracing and AbortPar machinery.
- PJS bailouts use a different handler that unwinds the entire ForkJoin
stack, but otherwise shares the same code as sequential bailouts.
- Each thread's stack is snapshotted as a RematerializedFrame vector.
