Update Hab (#82061)

* Update Hab

Unless there's a good reason to pin to this version, it is a good idea to keep up with the current release in https://github.com/habitat-sh/homebrew-habitat/blob/master/Formula/hab.rb. We've added a lot of cool things and there's more to come!

* Delete hab.rb

After some discussion, it is probably better to remove the outdated cask. We'd like people to use Chef Habitat-maintained tap: https://github.com/habitat-sh/homebrew-habitat/blob/master/Formula/hab.rb.
