Andrew Morton fa5a734e40 [PATCH] balance_dirty_pages_ratelimited: take nr_pages arg ...

Modify balance_dirty_pages_ratelimited() so that it can take a
number-of-pages-which-I-just-dirtied argument.  For msync().
