Commit1fde6f21d9("proc: fix /proc/net/* after setns(2)") only forced revalidation of regular files under /proc/net/ However, /proc/net/ is unusual in the sense of /proc/net/foo handlers take netns pointer from parent directory which is old netns. Steps to reproduce: (void)open("/proc/net/sctp/snmp", O_RDONLY); unshare(CLONE_NEWNET); int fd = open("/proc/net/sctp/snmp", O_RDONLY); read(fd, &c, 1); Read will read wrong data from original netns. Patch forces lookup on every directory under /proc/net . be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. Please read
Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.
In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
