Original commit (e4648aa4f9"NFS recover from destination server reboot for copies") used memcmp() and then it was changed to use nfs4_stateid_match_other() but that function returns opposite of memcmp. As the result, recovery can't find the copy leading to copy hanging. Fixes:80f4236886("NFSv4: Split out NFS v4.2 copy completion functions") Fixes:cb7a8384dc("NFS: Split out the body of nfs4_reclaim_open_state") Signed-of-by: Olga Kornievskaia <kolga@netapp.com> Signed-off-by: Anna Schumaker <Anna.Schumaker@Netapp.com>
Linux kernel
============
There are several guides for kernel developers and users. These guides can
be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. Please read
Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.
In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
