f6e6fcc40c make account names unique 
Some devices (e.g. Reiner SCT) dont get along with non-unique account names. e.g. if one uses TWO microsoft accounts where the issuer is "Microsoft" both times, Reiner SCT only imports one account

05e982d1d0 fix: windows missing iconf / MagicWand.dll 
Couldn't get my hands on these old version dlls from trusted sources.
qrscan is MIT licensed and works on both sides.
