UltraSPARC-T2 and later do not use the fp_exception_other trap and do
not set the floating point trap type field in the %fsr at all when you
try to execute an unimplemented FPU operation.
Instead, it uses the illegal_instruction trap and it leaves the
floating point trap type field clear.
So we should not validate the %fsr trap type field when do_mathemu()
is invoked from the illegal instruction handler.
Also, the floating point trap type field is 3 bits, not 4 bits.

We need to use TASK_SIZE because for 64-bit tasks the value
of STACK_TOP actually sits in the middle of the address space
so we'll get false-negatives.
Adjust the TASK_SIZE definition on sparc64 to accomodate this,
in the context in which user_addr_max() is used we have the
test_thread_flag() definition available but not the one for
test_tsk_thread_flag().

To use this, an architecture simply needs to:
1) Provide a user_addr_max() implementation via asm/uaccess.h
2) Add "select GENERIC_STRNCPY_FROM_USER" to their arch Kcnfig
3) Remove the existing strncpy_from_user() implementation and symbol
exports their architecture had.

Compute a mask that will only have 0x80 in the bytes which
had a zero in them. The formula is:
~(((x & 0x7f7f7f7f) + 0x7f7f7f7f) | x | 0x7f7f7f7f)
In the inner word iteration, we have to compute the "x | 0x7f7f7f7f"
part, so we can reuse that in the above calculation.
Once we have this mask, we perform divide and conquer to find the
highest 0x80 location.

Linus removed the end-of-address-space hackery from
fs/namei.c:do_getname() so we really have to validate these edge
conditions and cannot cheat any more (as x86 used to as well).
Move to a common C implementation like x86 did. And if both
src and dst are sufficiently aligned we'll do word at a time
copies and checks as well.

This is (obviously) the last non-fix pull request for wireless bits
intended for 3.5. It includes AP support for mwifiex, a variety of HCI
and other updates for NFC, some brcmfmac and brcmsmac refactoring,
a large batch of ssb and bcma updates, a batch of ath6kl updates,
some cfg80211 and mac80211 updates/refactoring from Johannes Berg,
a rather large collection of Bluetooth updates by way of Gustavo,
and a variety of other bits here and there.

Here are three more fixes that some of my developers are desperate to
see included in 3.4...
Johan Hedberg went to some length justifyng the inclusion of these two
Bluetooth fixes:
"The device_connected fix should be quite self-explanatory, but it's
actually a wider issue than just for keyboards. All profiles that do
incoming connection authorization (e.g. headsets) will break without it
with specific hardware. The reason it wasn't caught earlier is that it
only occurs with specific Bluetooth adapters.
As for the security level patch, this fixes L2CAP socket based security
level elevation during a connection. The HID profile needs this (for
keyboards) and it is the only way to achieve the security level
elevation when using the management interface to talk to the kernel
(hence the management enabling patch being the one that exposes this"
The rtlwifi fix addresses a regression related to firmware loading,
as described in kernel.org bug 43187. It basically just moves a hunk
of code to a more appropriate place.

For the explicit calls to .udiv/.umul in assembler, I made a
mechanical (read as: safe) transformation. I didn't attempt
to make any simplifications.
In particular, __ndelay and __udelay can be simplified significantly.
Some of the %y reads are unnecessary and these routines have no need
any longer for allocating a register window, they can be leaf
functions.

This eliminated most of the remaining users of btfixup.
There are some complications because of the special cases we
have for sun4d, leon, and some flavors of viking.
It was found that there are no cases where a flush_page_for_dma
method was not hooked up to something, so the "noflush" iommu
methods were removed.
Add some documentation to the viking_sun4d_smp_ops to describe exactly
the hardware bug which causes us to need special TLB flushing on
sun4d.

This set of changes displays one major danger of btfixup, interface
signatures are not always type checked fully. As seen here the iounit
variant of the map_dma_area routine had an incorrect type for one of
it's arguments.
It turns out to be harmless in this case, but just imagine trying to
debug something involving this kind of problem. No thanks.

These were used on sun4c during floppy data transfers since on that
chip we had to lock the cpu mappings into the TLB because we cannot
take a TLB miss during the assembler floppy interrupt handler that
does the data transfer.
That is no longer necessary since we've removed sun4c support, thus
this stuff can disappear completely.

The magic Swift SRMMU code in question has not been enabled for
something on the order of a decade, and it as well as it's comment
is there in the history in case we ever need it again.
Therefore all implementations are NOPs and we can kill this stuff
off.

That lets us also get rid of the run-time initialization of
protection_map[] and all the ugly module workarounds for

Also we can remove BTFIXUPCALL_SWAPO0G0 as that is no longer
used.
This was rather amusing, we were setting the btfixup vectors
based upon cpu type but all to the same exact generic srmmu
routines.
Furthermore, we were inconsistently marking the fixup as
either BTFIXUPCALL_SWAPO0G0 or BTFIXUPCALL_NORM.
What a mess, glad we could untangle this stuff.

All the remaining references are trivially removed since we've
just eliminated the final reference to sparc_cpu_model from
assembler code in commit b7d96ce189

The comments above __alloc_bootmem_node() claim that the code will
first try the allocation using 'goal' and if that fails it will
try again but with the 'goal' requirement dropped.
Unfortunately, this is not what the code does, so fix it to do so.
This is important for nobootmem conversions to architectures such
as sparc where MAX_DMA_ADDRESS is infinity.
On such architectures all of the allocations done by generic spots,
such as the sparse-vmemmap implementation, will pass in:
__pa(MAX_DMA_ADDRESS)
as the goal, and with the limit given as "-1" this will always fail
unless we add the appropriate fallback logic here.
