The problem here is that set_bit() and test_bit() take a bit number so
we should be passing 0 but instead we're passing (1 << 0) which leads to
a double shift. It doesn't cause a runtime bug in the current code
because it's done consistently and we only set that one bit.
I decided to just re-use NVME_AER_NOTICE_NS_CHANGED instead of
introducing a new define for this.

This is a fix from reviewing the code, but it looks like it might be
able to lead to an Oops. It affects 32bit systems.
The KVM_MEMORY_ENCRYPT_REG_REGION ioctl uses a u64 for range->addr and
range->size but the high 32 bits would be truncated away on a 32 bit
system. This is harmless but it's also harmless to prevent it.
Then in sev_pin_memory() the "uaddr + ulen" calculation can wrap around.
The wrap around can happen on 32 bit or 64 bit systems, but I was only
able to figure out a problem for 32 bit systems. We would pick a number
which results in "npages" being zero. The sev_pin_memory() would then
return ZERO_SIZE_PTR without allocating anything.
I made it illegal to call sev_pin_memory() with "ulen" set to zero.
Hopefully, that doesn't cause any problems. I also changed the type of
"first" and "last" to long, just for cosmetic reasons. Otherwise on a
64 bit system you're saving "uaddr >> 12" in an int and it truncates the
high 20 bits away. The math works in the current code so far as I can
see but it's just weird.

the problem comes from. Say you pick:

The integer overflow in DIV_ROUND_UP() means "cpp" is UINT_MAX / 8 and

These pointers can't be NULL so I have removed the checks.
The checking was sort of problematic as well because it didn't make
sense. In _nbu2ss_read_request_data() the && should have been ||. In
nbu2ss_gad_get_frame() we know that "pgadget" is non-NULL and "udc" is
an offset from "pgadget" so it can't be NULL.

The commit message says that we are allowed to read and write up to 32
bytes but the code only allows us to write 31 bytes. In other words,
the ">=" should be changed to ">". But this is already checked in
regmap_raw_read()/write() so we can just remove the if statemetents.

We're supposed to be checking that "val_len" is not too large but
instead we check if it is smaller than the max.
The only function affected would be regmap_i2c_smbus_i2c_write() in
drivers/base/regmap/regmap-i2c.c. Strangely that function has its own
limit check which returns an error if (count >= I2C_SMBUS_BLOCK_MAX) so
it doesn't look like it has ever been able to do anything except return
an error.

I get some static checker warnings like this:
drivers/staging/rts5208/ms.c:2607 ms_build_l2p_tbl()
error: buffer underflow 'ms_card->segment' (-1)-16
The problem is that we memset "ms_card" to zero at the start of the
reset_ms_card() function. That means that when we try to calculate
"ms_card->total_block / 512 - 1" then it's just always -1. The fix is
to calculate "seg_no" before doing the memset().
This is a static checker fix, and I am not able to test it. My theory
is that reset_ms_card() gets very little testing which is why this bug
exists.
