ASoC: Fixes for v3.16
Quite a few build coverage fixes in here among the usual small driver
fixes includling the sigmadsp change from Lars - moving the driver to
separate modules per bus (which is basically just code motion) avoids
issues with some combinations of buses being enabled.

It is not an error to have no cache so we shouldn't return an error code
and cause our callers to fail, just silently do nothing instead. Thanks
to Jarkko for identify the problematic commit.

In the spirit of conservatism that governs our general approach to
permissions it is better if we don't touch regulators we weren't explicitly
given permissions to control. This avoids the need to explicitly specify
unknown regulators in DT as always on, if a regulator is not otherwise
involved in software control it can be omitted from the DT.
Regulators explicitly given constraints in DT still need to have an always
on constraint specified as before.

ASoC: Intel fixes for v3.15
This is a relatively large batch of fixes for the newly added
Haswell/Baytrail drivers from Intel. It's a bit larger than is good for
this point in the cycle but it's all for a newly added driver so not so
worrying as it might otherwise be. Some of it's integration problems,
some of it's the sort of problem usually turned up in stress tests.

ASoC: Driver fixes for v3.15
A small set of driver fixes, nothing remarkable in itself or of any
relevance outside of the driver.

ASoC: Core fixes for v3.15
A few things here:
- Fix the creation of spurious CODEC<->CODEC links which caused DAPM to
have audio paths which shouldn't be present causing spurious powerups
and potential audible issues for users.
- Ensure the suspend->off transition doesn't have spurious transitions
to prepare added to the sequence.
- Fix incorrect skipping of PCM suspension for active audio streams.
- Remove Timur Tabi from the CS4270 maintainers, Cirrus are now doing
this and Timur no longer has the boards that he was using.

The OPP code is an in kernel library selected by its users, there is no
no architecture code required to implement it and enabling it without a
user just increases the kernel size. Since the users select rather than
depend on it just remove the ability to directly set the option from
Kconfig.

There are arm64 big.LITTLE systems so enable the big.LITTLE cpufreq driver.
While IKS is not available for these systems the driver is still useful
since it manages clusters with shared frequencies which is the common case
for these systems.
Long term combining the cpufreq-cpu0 and big.LITTLE drivers may be a
more sensible option but that is substantially more complex especially
in the case of IKS.

Add support for parsing the explicit topology bindings to discover the
topology of the system.
Since it is not currently clear how to map multi-level clusters for the
scheduler all leaf clusters are presented to the scheduler at the same
level. This should be enough to provide good support for current systems.

As a legacy of the way 32 bit ARM did things the topology code uses a null
topology map by default and then overwrites it by mapping cores with no
information to a cluster by themselves later. In order to make it simpler
to reset things as part of recovering from parse failures in firmware
information directly set this configuration on init. A core will always be
its own sibling so there should be no risk of confusion with firmware
provided information.

While searching for users of spi_async() I found a reference in the ad7877
driver to using it to initiate data transfer from the interrupt handler.
However there is no code for this, instead the interrupt handler is a
threaded handler and uses spi_sync() instead.
Remove the bitrotted comment, though in actual fact the use case mentioned
is a great use for spi_async() since it would cut down on latency handling
the interrupt by saving us a context switch before we start SPI.
This was previously implemented, it was removed in commit b534422b2d
(Input: ad7877 - switch to using threaded IRQ) for code complexity reasons.
It may be better to revert that commit instead.

Since commit 4b68b4e1c5 (ASoC: Intel: split the pcm and compress to
different files) the compressed ops haven't been built causing link
failures on allyesconfig and making the driver unbuildable. Add the

If we fail to create the master queue for some reason we should not attempt
to clean it up since attempting to stop a kthread that was not created will
hang and it's just generally bad practice. Unfortunately at present we call
spi_destroy_queue() even in cases where the creation fails.
Fix this by fixing the error handling in spi_master_initialize_queue() so
that we only flag the master as queued or destroy the queue if creation
succeeded. The change to the flag is done since the general master
cleanup uses this to destroy the queue.
