Fix ni_labpc.c to build when CONFIG_ISA_DMA_API is not enabled.
This is a driver that supports both ISA and PCI devices.
It now builds when for PCI-only support or for both
ISA and PCI device support.
(It does not support ISA-only without PCI.)

Fix section mismatch warning in sm501fb:

The function sm501fb_init_fb() references
the variable __devinitdata sm501_default_mode.

Fix a chain of section mismatches in geode driver, beginning with:

The variable gx1fb_driver references
the function __init gx1fb_probe()
If the reference is valid then annotate the

Making the changes that Paul pointed out resulted in a few more
changes being needed, so they are all included here.

IP_ROUTE_CLASSID depends on INET and NET_CLS_ROUTE4 selects
IP_ROUTE_CLASSID, but when INET is not enabled, this kconfig warning
is produced, so fix it by making NET_CLS_ROUTE4 depend on INET.

It also uses GPIO interfaces, so it should depend on GPIOLIB.
st_kim.c uses syss_*() calls, so it should #include

samples/hid-example.o needs some Kconfig and Makefile additions in order
to build. It should use <linux/*.h> headers from the build tree, so use
HEADERS_CHECK to require that those header files be present.
Change the kconfig symbol from tristate to bool since userspace cannot be
built as loadable modules.
However, I don't understand why the userspace header files are not present
as reported in Andrew's build log, since it builds OK on x86_64 without
any of these changes.

These 3 drivers contain much duplicated (triplicated) code, so
building them as built-in results in many errors like:
(.text+0x1b160): multiple definition of `ieee80211_sta_ps_sleep'
Prevent this configuration by making them all buildable only as
loadable modules (similar to the vt665[56] patch last week).

When configs BRIDGE=y and IPV6=m, this build error occurs:

BRIDGE_IGMP_SNOOPING is boolean; if it were tristate, then adding
depends on IPV6 || IPV6=n
to BRIDGE_IGMP_SNOOPING would be a good fix. As it is currently,
