The last users of skb_icv_walk are converted to ahash now,
so skb_icv_walk is unused and can be removed.

ah4 and ah6 are converted to ahash now, so we can remove the
code for the obsolete hash algorithm.

To support for ahash algorithms, we add a pointer to a
crypto_ahash to ah_data.

The alignment calculation of xcbc_tfm_ctx uses alg->cra_alignmask
and not alg->cra_alignmask + 1 as it should. This led to frequent
crashes during the selftest of xcbc(aes-asm) on x86_64
machines. This patch fixes this. Also we use the alignmask
of xcbc and not the alignmask of the underlying algorithm
for the alignmnent calculation in xcbc_create now.

crypto_init_shash_ops_async() tests for setkey and not for import
before exporting the algorithms import function to ahash.
This patch fixes this.

ahash_op_unaligned() and ahash_def_finup() allocate memory atomically,
regardless whether the request can sleep or not. This patch changes
this to use GFP_KERNEL if the request can sleep.

If cryptd_alloc_instance() fails, the return value is uninitialized.
This patch fixes this by setting the return value.

This adds the 'alg' module parameter to be able to test an
algorithm by name. If the algorithm type is not ad-hoc
clear for a algorithm (e.g. pcrypt, cryptd) it is possilbe
to set the algorithm type with the 'type' module parameter.

If crypto_ablkcipher_encrypt() returns synchronous,
eseqiv_complete2() is called even if req->giv is already the
pointer to the generated IV. The generated IV is overwritten
with some random data in this case. This patch fixes this by
calling eseqiv_complete2() just if the generated IV has to be
copied to req->giv.

If an ipv4 packet (not locally generated with IP_DF flag not set) bigger
than mtu size is supposed to go via a xfrm ipv6 tunnel, the packetsize
check in xfrm4_tunnel_check_size() is omited and ipv6 drops the packet
without sending a notice to the original sender of the ipv4 packet.
Another issue is that ipv4 connection tracking does reassembling of
incomming fragmented packets. If such a reassembled packet is supposed to
go via a xfrm ipv6 tunnel it will be droped, even if the original sender
did proper fragmentation.
According to RFC 2473 (section 7) tunnel ipv6 packets resulting from the
encapsulation of an original packet are considered as locally generated
packets. If such a packet passed the checks in xfrm{4,6}_tunnel_check_size()
fragmentation is allowed according to RFC 2473 (section 7.1/7.2).
This patch sets skb->local_df in xfrm6_prepare_output() to achieve
fragmentation in this case.

Add a XFRM_STATE_AF_UNSPEC flag to handle the AF_UNSPEC behavior for
the selector family. Userspace applications can set this flag to leave
the selector family of the xfrm_state unspecified. This can be used
to to handle inter family tunnels if the selector is not set from
userspace.

When generating the ip header for the transformed packet we just copy
the frag_off field of the ip header from the original packet to the ip
header of the new generated packet. If we receive a packet as a chain
of fragments, all but the last of the new generated packets have the
IP_MF flag set. We have to mask the frag_off field to only keep the
IP_DF flag from the original packet. This got lost with git commit

inner/outer mode processing on output")
