mdebug is a debugger for Cortex-M MCUs, including host debugger tools
and firmware for the inexpensive LPC Link 2 debug probe board.
This PID indicates support for the Remote Serial Wire Debug Protocol
which the mdebug host tools and firmware speak over USB.
