* Add JRB_ACT_SPECIFIC_MIST and DDD_ACT_SPECIFIC_OBJECTS

* Disable the act-specific defines by default

* Make act-specific objects/mist non-optional

* Update JRB mist comment

* Act-specific whirlpools + fix act 6 objects

* Initialize gCurrActNum + revert formatting change

* Use -1 for ALL_ACTS

* Revert ALL_ACTS line
