Added some toggable visuals when enabled.
Allows you to see surface collision, as well as object hitboxes.

0395d1a40d EU now successfully builds + misc 
And has the language related stuff without the need of ifdef hell
ROM now pads only to 1.1MB
And collision has some unnecessary typecasting removed for performance
