Move "debug" to be visible and not hidden behind "show advanced"
...
Debug is probably the most useful option for anyone using LE. I don't think any other function or plugin that offers a debug option, hides it from the user behind a "show/hide advanced" button.
This PR just moves the "debug" control in the GUI to be visible when installed, without needing to be exposed by "show advanced".

Output right switch depending on logLevel choice
...
Noticed that from the controller form settings.xml the logLevel selection is a drop down allowing only once choice between:
- normal
- extensive
- debug
Added the additional choices:
- debug 2
- debug 3
Altered the php code to implement a switch in line with that single possible choice.
