This class is a binding in the stack of bindings that performs a message-level shape change called OneWayBindingElement. This shape change can take a <see cref="T:System.ServiceModel.Channels.IDuplexSessionChannel" /> or a <see cref="T:System.ServiceModel.Channels.IRequestChannel" /> and expose it as a <see cref="T:System.ServiceModel.Channels.IInputChannel" />, or conversely it can take a <see cref="T:System.ServiceModel.Channels.IDuplexSessionChannel" /> or a <see cref="T:System.ServiceModel.Channels.IRequestChannel" /> and expose it as a <see cref="T:System.ServiceModel.Channels.IOutputChannel" />.
